Yusufu Ishaku is one of the promoters and the Chairman of Designtactics Group, which is an interior design/decoration company duly registered under the prescribed law of Nigeria. He is also one of the partners and the Managing Director/CEO of WFP Global Investment, which is a Fixed Income Securities Trading Company, the position he has held since 2016. Ishaku was the pioneer Managing Partner of WealthField Partners Limited, which was established in 2012 and restructured/rebranded to WFP Global Investment Limited in 2016. Ishaku is an astute business professional with a gross cognate experience of Twenty (20) Years spanning banking and non-banking financial industry as well as nonfinancial business sectors.

He is an accomplished banker having spent Eleven (11) Years in the Nigerian Banking sector from 1999 - 2010. Prior to establishing WealthField Partners Limited, Ishaku served as the Managing Director/CEO of Faton Capital Limited. Formerly, he served as a Manager and the Head of Fixed Income Securities Trading at Keystone Bank Limited (Formerly, Bank PHB PLC). Earlier, Ishaku served as the Head of Fixed Income Trading at Fidelity Bank PLC where he was responsible for driving the bank’s fixed income securities trading. In addition, he was responsible for the improvement and effectiveness of Securities trades by formulating and executing optimal trading strategies for Bank. Before joining Fidelity Bank, Ishaku served as a Local Currency Dealer and Securities Trader at First Bank of Nigeria Plc. He began his work career at defunct FBN Merchant Bankers Limited (a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria PLC). Currently, Ishaku sits as a director on the boards of many registered companies in Nigeria with businesses in both financial and non-financial sectors, which includes WFP Global Investment Limited, AlphaBux Capital Limited, Faton Capital Limited, Captiva Financo Limited, Pashay Global Ventures, Mayisab Global Concepts Limited and Designtactics Limited, where he is the Chairman, Board of Directors.

Ishaku holds a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) both from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom (UK). He also has a B.Sc. in Operations Research from the Federal University of Technology Yola (FUTY). Ishaku has attended various domestic and international courses, which include the New York School of Bonds and Fixed Income, USA; Euromoney Bond and Fixed Income Academy, London, UK; the International Repo Market Workshop, UK and an ICAP Workshop on Primary Dealing in the Fixed Income Market in Houghton, South Africa; and Fixed Income and Risk Management, Lagos, Nigeria. Ishaku has attended a Professional Development Program on Strategic Business Management at the prestigious Harvard University (Division of Continuing Education) Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA in 2016. He also attended an intense practical training/Internship on Fixed Income Securities Trading with Standard Bank and ABSA Bank in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2007. Ishaku is a Fellow of the Institute of Business and Economic Analyst (FBEA) and the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (FBDFM).

Aisha Yusuf Ishaku is the CEO/Creative Director of Designtactics Limited and the Proprietor of Design Tactics Academy. She is a Lawyer, Chartered Mediator and Conciliator, Arbitrator and a professional negotiator and mediator. Aisha is also the Company Secretary and Director Legal and General Services at Faton Capital Limited. Aisha is married to Mr Yusufu Ishaku and is a proud mother of four.

She is a trained and multiple award winning Interior Designer as well as the Vice president of African Association of Interior Designers. She has a Master degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos; she is an alumna of the prestigious Lagos Business School, where she did an Executive programme (OMP) Owner Manager Programme. She is also an alumna of Entrepreneurship Development centre (EDC), Pan-Atlantic University Lagos where she trained in Entrepreneurial Management.

Aisha is a senior member of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM), an associate member of Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). She is also member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and International Bar Association (IBA), a member of Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG).

Aisha sits as Director on the boards of other registered companies in Nigeria such as Designtactics Limited, Faton Capital Limited, Aisoof Essentials Limited and Mayisab Global Concepts Limited.

Aisha is a serial and multi passionate Entrepreneur who has a passion for empowering young entrepreneurs. That passion and zeal informed her decision to establish Design Tactics Academy an Interior design and Business School which is the training arm of Designtactics Group.
